If you are interested in helping to advance JJC’s work, here are several ways you can get involved now!
Sign up for our email list– Our email list will keep you posted on what’s going on in juvenile justice throughout the state, including opportunities to weigh in on relevant policy changes, news stories on juvenile justice, and updates about citizen visits to juvenile facilities.

Visit a juvenile facility in Ohio – JJC hosts citizen tours of juvenile facilities throughout Ohio, including juvenile detention and correctional facilities. These visits include meeting and talking with youth and staff in the facilities.  Upcoming facility visits will be announced via JJC’s email list (sign up above).

Tell us your story – If you or a family member are or have been personally involved in the juvenile justice system, we want to hear your story, connect you to people who might be able to help, and give you the opportunity to change the system.  Contact us at info@jjohio.org.

Volunteer – JJC is always looking for volunteers with various skills to help advance our work. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us at info@jjohio.org.

Invite us to speak or present – JJC is willing to present to groups, including classrooms and civic or community organizations, about Ohio’s juvenile justice system. If you are interested in having a JJC representative speak to your group, please email us at info@jjohio.org.

Donate – Help support JJC’s work and extend our reach to help make Ohio’s juvenile justice system more effective for youth, families, and communities in the state.
